Installed Fully Automated 3-Part Cell Counter

Installed a Fully Automated 3-Part Cell Counter  Medonic from Merck, enhancing hematology services with improved accuracy and faster complete blood count (CBC) analysis.

Achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Obtained ISO 9001:2000 Certification, formally recognizing the lab’s commitment to maintaining quality management systems and delivering consistent, reliable diagnostic services.

Installed Fully Automated Random-Access Analyzer

Installed a Fully Automated Random-Access Analyzer, improving efficiency and accuracy in biochemistry testing with faster, on-demand processing of diagnostic samples.

Installed Another Fully Automated Cell Counter

Installed another Fully Automated Cell Counter from Merck, expanding the laboratory’s hematology testing capacity and improving operational efficiency.

Achieved NABH Accreditation and QCI Membership

Received NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) Accreditation and obtained Quality Council of India (QCI) Membership, marking a commitment to maintaining high standards in diagnostic services and patient safety.

Installed Mini VIDAS Fully Automated ELFA Analyzer

Installed the Mini VIDAS Fully Automated ELFA (Enzyme Linked Fluorescent Assay) Analyzer for precise and efficient hormone and infectious disease testing.

Introduced SMS and Email Reporting Services

Started providing SMS and Email delivery of diagnostic reports, enhancing convenience, faster communication, and improved service experience for patients.

Introduction of ELISA Testing

Installed Automated Urine Analyzer

Installed an Automated Urine Analyzer from SD, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of routine urine examinations.

Upgraded to VIDAS System from bioMérieux, Spain

Upgraded from the Mini VIDAS system to the advanced VIDAS system from bioMérieux, Spain  enhancing the lab’s capacity for high-quality immunoassay testing and diagnostics

Installed Fully Automated 5-Part Hematology Analyzer

Installed the Fully Automated 5-Part Hematology Analyzer BC-5300 from Mindray, improving precision, efficiency, and turnaround time in hematology testing.

Installed Fully Automated HPLC System for HbA1c Testing

Installed the Fully Automated HPLC System Hb-Vario from Transasia Biomedicals, enabling precise and reliable HbA1c testing for diabetes monitoring and management.

 First Installation in India of BA-200 Analyzer

Achieved a landmark by becoming the first pathology lab in India to install the BA-200 Fully Automated Random Access Analyzer from Biosystems, Spain, enhancing biochemical testing accuracy and efficiency.

Installed Second BA-200 Analyzer

Installed another BA-200 Fully Automated Random Access Analyzer from Biosystems, Spain, further expanding the lab’s capacity for high-throughput and accurate biochemical testing.

Installed Yumizen H-500 Hematology Analyzer

Installed the Yumizen H-500, a Fully Automated 5-Part Hematology Analyzer from Horiba, enhancing precision and workflow efficiency in hematology diagnostics.

Installed Automated ESR System

Installed an Automated ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) System from Biosystems India Pvt. Ltd., enhancing accuracy and efficiency in inflammation and disease monitoring tests.

Installed IF System for Dengue NS1 Detection

Installed an Immunofluorescence (IF) System from SD Biomedicals for precise and reliable detection of Dengue NS1 antigen, improving early diagnosis and patient care.

Installation of HPLC Systems Lifotronics for HbA1c

Installed an HPLC System from Lifotronics for accurate HbA1c testing, further enhancing the lab’s capabilities in diabetic monitoring and precision diagnostics.

Participation in External Quality Assurance Program

Enrolled in the External Quality Assurance (EQA) Program conducted by Randox EQAS, ensuring continuous monitoring, assessment, and enhancement of laboratory testing quality and accuracy

Participation in HbA1c External Quality Assurance Program

Initiated participation in the External Quality Assurance (EQA) Program for HbA1c testing conducted by CMC Vellore, ensuring reliable, standardized, and high-accuracy results in diabetes management diagnostics.

Participation in Hematology External Quality Assurance Program

Commenced participation in the External Quality Assurance (EQA) Program for Hematology conducted by AIIMS-ISHTM, ensuring high-quality, standardized hematology reporting and laboratory result accuracy in line with national benchmarks.

Participation in Coagulation EQA Program

Started participation in the External Quality Assurance (EQA) Program for Coagulation Studies conducted by CMC Vellore, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency in coagulation testing services.
